Uh-oh rabbit and my straw hat

So happy. Eight days until Blog Paws 2014.

Sometimes, I find myself smiling all day.

With excitement to distract me, I forgot our rabbit Tuxedo possesses a powerful jump. In fact I have watched him rocket over four feet-straight up. Yesterday he soared-smack in the middle of my mess.

He kept searching for a way to land in trouble.

Leaping Lagomorph!

Rabbits are lagomorphs, not rodents.

Never before have I seen Tuxedo on our table.

See the gardening gloves, see the computer power cable, now…see the yummy straw hat?

How does a straw hat taste?
Tokyo Tuxedo smells for anything edible.

My best hat? Yikes.

Still, I grabbed my camera and moved slow because I did not want to startle Tuxedo or watch him jump into our glass sliding door.

Thanks for hopping around with us.

  1. Looks like “somebunny” was having a lot of fun hopping around your house 🙂 Interesting note on the difference between rodents and lagomorphs. I guess I learn something new every day.
